Vendors are a crucial part to our event helping to bring more value to both athletes and spectators. All vendors will be situated in the main entrance to the 10,000 Motorpoint stadium, right in the heart of the action and direct footfall from 100% of all attendees throughout the weekend.
We have a limited amount of vendor pitches available at different allocated sizes, these will be marked out ready for your arrival on the Thursday to set up between 0900-1600.

Vendors can access the venue from 9am on the Thursday morning before the competition. All stalls must be setup and ready to trade by 1600 on the Thursday.
On the final day of the live finals the competition will finish at 1700, were all stalls can then be taken down at the conclusion of the event and must be removed from the venue no later than 1900 on the Sunday evening where the venue will then close, or 1300 on the Monday afternoon.
